Reports are complex things and it can be difficult to make sure they explain everything the client needs to know in a clear and simple way, meet all the regulatory requirements, and are still visually appealing and easy to read.


We can review your existing templates or create new ones for you to make sure they are in plain English, are simple to understand and in a client friendly format.


We can then help train your team with any new templates to make sure all client reports and communications are simple, engaging, written in the way you want and something your clients can't wait to read!

Paraplanner Training, Development and Mentoring

Event speaker


Caroline has spent twenty-three years working in financial services, planning and paraplanning, and is often asked to speak and take part in events. 


She has wide experience of hosting, chairing and speaking at events. These range from Personal Finance Society roadshows, conferences and the 2022 Festival of Financial Planning, as well as national, regional and virtual Paraplanner Assembly events. She also regularly takes part and speaks in webinars and training sessions on a variety of subjects.


Caroline is available for speaking at events and panel sessions, giving not only a paraplanner but also a wider financial planning perspective.
